New Releases
In Theaters:
- The Darkness – As a family returns home from vacation at the Grand Canyon, they innocently bring home a supernatural force that preys off their own fears and vulnerabilities, threatening to destroy them from within, while consuming their lives with terrifying consequences.
- Money Monster – Lee Gates (George Clooney) is a bombastic TV personality whose popular financial network show has made him the money wiz of Wall Street. But after he hawks a high tech stock that mysteriously crashes, an irate investor (Jack O’Connell) takes Gates, his crew, and his ace producer Patty Fenn (Julia Roberts) hostage live on air. Unfolding in real time, Gates and Fenn must find a way to keep themselves alive while simultaneously uncovering the truth behind a tangle of big money lies.
- High-Rise – Dr. Robert Laing (Tom Hiddleston) is the newest resident of a luxurious apartment in a high-tech concrete skyscraper whose lofty location places him amongst the upper class. Laing quickly settles into high society life and meets the building’s eccentric tenants: Charlotte (Sienna Miller), his upstairs neighbor and bohemian single mother; Wilder (Luke Evans), a charismatic documentarian who lives with his pregnant wife Helen (Elisabeth Moss); and Mr. Royal (Jeremy Irons), the enigmatic architect who designed the building.

- Under the Sun by Mark Pritchard – The first solo release in five years for the electronic producer features guest appearances from Beans, Bibio, Thom Yorke, Thom Yorke.
- Down in Heaven by Twin Peaks – The third full-length release for the Chicago band was inspired by the rock albums released in 1968.
- Anian by 9Bach – The third full-length release for the Welsh folk rock band includes a disc featuring non-Welsh language interpretations of its songs by such artists as Peter Gabriel, Rhys Ifans, and Maxine Peake.
- T R O U B L E by Woodpigeon – Featuring guest appearances by David Thomas Broughton and Mary Margaret O’Hara, the sixth full-length studio release from the Canadian collective led by Mark Andrew Hamilton was inspired by his two years traveling around the world.

DVD/Blu-ray:
- The Boy – Blu/DVD – A young woman takes a nanny job in a remote English town. But she isn’t being care taker to a child, it is a life size doll of a boy. There is a strict code for his care, and when it is not followed things get progressively worse. Leading the woman to doubt her own sanity.
- Deadpool – Blu/DVD – The merc with the mouth finally has his own movie! What ensues is a rather unconventional superhero film, full of violence and bitting wit. It also comes with an “R” rating, so parents be aware.
- Lego Scooby-Doo!: Haunted Hollywood – Blu/DVD – Scoob and the Mystery Gang are out to save an aging movie studio from greedy developers and movie monsters? Better pack some more scooby snacks.
- Synchronoicity Blu/DVD – A sci-fi noir story about a brilliant physicist that creates a machine that can bend both time and space! In order to protect his invention he must prove that a rare Dahlia (flower), that appeared during a test run, exists in the current time line. And well the rest involves complicated time travel and conspiracy.
- War & Peace Collected Mini-Series – Blu/DVD – In Russia 1805. St. Petersburg is full of life! The world is on the bring of change and the lives of three young people are front and center in this classic tale of identity and making an impact on the world around us.
Comics:
DC
- Action Comics #52 – Two versions of The Man of Steel are brought together. Will they be destroyed together or will they sacrifice for the good beyond themselves?
Marvel
- Black Panther #2 – The mighty Wakanda is crumbling from within. The uprising is being spearheaded by The Midnight Angels, two women that are challenging the status quo and T’Challa himself. Can the nation survive.
Dark Horse
- Abe Sapien #33 – Abe gets a glimpse into some of the secrets of his life that have been kept from him by the B.P.R.D.
