In Theaters:

  • Revolution : Continuing his adventurous journey around the world, filmmaker Rob Stewart brings us Revolution, a full length feature film that is inspiring humans to change the world and save our planet. Along with world renowned experts, he learns that past evolutions can help solve some of our current and future environmental problems.
  • The Age of Adaline : A young woman, born at the turn of 20th century, is rendered ageless after an accident. After years of a solitary life, she meets a man who might be worth losing her immortality.
  • Little Boy : A seven-year-old boy is willing to do whatever it takes to bring his father back from World War II.
  • Adult Beginners : A young, hipster entrepreneur (Nick Kroll) crashes and burns on the eve of his company’s big launch. With his entire life in disarray, he leaves Manhattan to move in with his estranged pregnant sister (Rose Byrne), brother-in-law (Bobby Cannavale) and three year-old nephew in the suburbs — only to become their manny. Faced with real responsibility, he may finally have to grow up — but not without some bad behavior first.

  • Kindred – Passion Pit : The third full-length release for the indie pop band led by Michael Angelakos was co-produced with Chris Zane, Alex Aldi, and Benny Blanco.
  • N.E.W. – Death : The Detroit garage/hard rock band’s remaining members of Bobby Hackney, Dannis Hackney, and Bobbie Duncan recorded songs written by the late David Hackney as well as new songs for its first new recordings since 1976.
  • Jackrabbit – San Fermin : The second full-length release for the Brooklyn chamber pop band led by Ellis Ludwig-Leone features vocals from Allen Tate and Charlene Kaye.
  • Sound & Color – Alabama Shakes : The second full-length release for the southern rock band was produced by Blake Mills.
  • Wire – Wire : This is the 14th studio release for the British post-punk band led by Colin Newman.

  • Taken 3 – Blu/DVD – “A certain set of skills” will apparently take you pretty far. This time it will take Bryan Mills into the center of the organization that killed his wife.
  • Like Sunday, Like Rain – DVD – A young musical prodigy is full of many things, except someone to care for or to be cared for by. A twenty something struggling musician is also wondering where her place in the world is. By, plot, er happenstance these two come together and find themselves the better for it.
  • Everly – Blu/DVD – Selma Hayek throws down against mobsters and assassins.
  • Cake – Blu/DVD – Claire suffers. She has scars that go far beyond the skin. Dealing with the constant pain has pushed her to drive away those she cared most about. But the suicide of one of her peers pushes her to understand the premature death, and in so doing may lead her to her own redemption.

Comics:

DC

  • Convergence: Justice League America #1 – As the multi-verse continues to fold back into the core DC-U more is being seen from the Crisis on Infinite Earths heroes. In this issue Elongated Man leads the Detroit Justice League against a threat from the Tangent Universe.

Marvel

  • Star Wars #4 – Luke is drawn back to Obi-Wan’s home on Tatooine as he comes to grips with the idea of becoming a Jedi.

Dark Horse

  • Frankenstein Underground #2 – The Creature has been chased off the surface of the earth. But deep in the bowles of the world a different beast will hunt The Creature. Written by Mike Mignola.

  • Kaptara #1 – Keith Kanga and crew crash on the strange and dangerous world of Kaptara, and if they don’t survive neither does earth. No pressure or nothing.
